Serving within the local church is a chance to do something you enjoy, meet new people, and help our church family meet its many needs.
Ongoing serving opportunities
We always need volunteers with a variety of skills, passions, and interests. So we've grouped many of our opportunities below by the types of things you might love, like kids, music, or prayer. Get started here, then get in touch and we'll help you find the perfect fit.
Children's Ministry -
help kids from birth to 5th grade experience God's love through play, discussion, activities, songs and more.
Middle School - walk with adolescents grades 6-8 at mid-week groups, Sunday worship, or monthly service projects.
High School - walk with adolescents grades 9-12 by leading a small group, chaperoning an event, or serving at our monthly projects.
Worship Arts - actors, vocalists, and instrumentalists who want to use their skills to lead others in worship.
Technical Arts - lighting teams, sound engineers, and camera operation teams who help infuse the Sunday morning worship experience with life.
Welcome and Hospitality - make Calvary a place where people feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared about with our Sunday morning welcome team (parking, ushers, greeters, etc), bereavement team, Sunday morning green room, and more.
Administration - help our week to week tasks get accomplished by helping with administrative duties, bulletins, and answering phones
People in need -
care for and support adults and families both within the Calvary body and in the community around us.
Prayer - pray for the Calvary family, the Conejo Valley, and the world using our prompts.

Tuesday MOPS: Mentor Moms needed

2010 Summer of Service: Team Leaders Needed
This summer Calvary will be participating in a Summer of Service as we
expand on the serve day concept we have done the last few years. We
will be doing 25+ projects over a 3-4 month period. Click here to see projects to lead or volunteer.
Bulletin Assembly Help Needed
If you are free Friday, 11-12:30, we could use your help assembling our Sunday worship bulletins each week. If you can serve in this way, contact Carlos, carlos.tapia@calvarycc.org.
