AWANA
What is Awana?

Wednesdays, 5:55pm, room 1108

A Biblically-based program for children and youth, from age 2 to grade 8, that combines fun and excitement, while teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and how to serve Him. Awana is rooted in the idea that children can have fun while learning God’s Word. Awana meets Wednesday evening between 5:55 until 7:30-8:00 (depending upon age/grade level). Read more on Awana.

Each club meeting consists of three parts:
  • Council Time- large-group worship & featured speaker
  • Handbook Time- Bible verse memorization and understanding in a small group setting
  • Game Time- emphasizes fun, team building and sportsmanship
Awana Missions
Awana at Calvary is honored to partner with Grace Children's Home in Mexico. Throughout the year, we have opportunities to live and love like Jesus by serving Grace Children's Home by donating food and consumer staples.  Short term, Family oriented, weekend trips also available for Awana families to participate.

Puggles 2-3 yr olds 3 yrs before Kindergarten
                  Meets 5:55 - 7:30 pm
Cubbies 3-4 yr olds 1-2 yrs before Kindergarten 
              Meets 5:55 - 7:30 pm
Sparks  Kindergarten - 2nd grade
              Meets 5:55 - 7:45 pm
T&T      Grades 3 - 5 
             Meets 5:55 - 7:45 pm
Trek     Grades 6 - 8  
             Mees 5:55 - 8:00 pm
