Welcome Parents! Thanks for checking out Parent Central. Calvary’s Middle School team is here to join you in the adventure of raising your child.
Our mission is to partner with parents as together we develop spiritually maturing followers of Jesus. In our program, there are four main ways we try to do that, and we'd love to have you with us for each of them.
Praxis (Sunday 11AM Middle School Gathering)
It’s tough to get up and going on a Sunday morning! That’s
why we work hard to make Praxis the most relevant, exciting, high-energy
hour of your week! Join us every Sunday as we play ridiculous games,
worship God, Dub-step dance with Charlie the
Robot and most importantly dig into the Word of God! In table groups
with your friends and Praxis leaders you’ll explore God’s Word as we
learn how to live and love like Jesus!
Sunday Mornings in Room 1100 11am
Praxis Groups (Wednesday Nights from 6:30-8PM at Calvary, Sunday mornings at 9:00AM in room 2102)
Join us each week for Praxis Groups, Calvary’s middle school
small groups! Praxis groups are designed to help you grow in your
faith and build community with other students as you read God’s Word
together. Our primary meeting time is Wednesday nights from 6:30-8PM
where we split into groups that are age and gender specific. We also
have a Praxis Group that meets on Sunday mornings during the 9AM
service, for those who can’t make it to the midweek program.
Fun Events- Each month we come together to have a ton of fun. If you want to get to know more kids, this is a great chance to have a blast and make new friends. Plus, we all need a little more time to unwind, laugh, be silly, and relax.
In each of these venues, we invite parents and other adults to come alongside our students to support, coach and love them. Our goal is for kids to be connected to their peers and to adults in relationships that help them know, love, and follow Jesus in their everyday lives.
