Groups and Bible Studies
Women's Ministries at Calvary offer a wide variety of opportunities to help you make friends, study and apply the Bible to your life, and grow spiritually. In addition to the classes, women's Bible studies, and women's small groups, we help you plug in through special events and retreat opportunities.
Summer of Serenity (SOS)
Wednesdays beginning 6/19-8/7 from 9-11:30am; Cost: $30; childcare: $17 per child for the entire session. Pre-registration is required. Four summer studies include “The Law of Love” a Beth Moore Study taught by Gwen Schakett, “Be My Guest...The Heart and Art of Hospitality” taught by Lori Kemp, “Live a Praying Life taught by Lareita Ellicott & Carol Howell, “One Thousand Gifts: A dare to live fully right where you are!” taught by Tricia Davis. Christian Business Women
Tuesdays beginning September 25, 7-8:30am, room 1107. This fall's study will be Prayer: The Real Battle, by Brother Andrew and Al Jansen. We meet to support one another with the unique challenges businesswomen face in the workplace. We discuss how to integrate the workplace with our Christian faith.

Community Bible Study
Thursdays at Calvary, room 1100, 9:15-11:15am beginning 9/13/12.
Community Bible Study, or CBS, is an in-depth, interdenominational Bible study open to women of all ages, stages, and levels of Bible knowledge. This year's study is "Servants of God." Nursery care is also available.
Annual Registration: $25/adult, $10/child

The Connection

For women of all ages. We seek to help women connect with
God and one another through biblical teaching, table conversations,

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)
Every other Tuesday and every other Friday beginning in the fall (9:00-11:00am) at Calvary, room 1108.
MOPS is a place to find friendship,
community, and support for you as a woman and mother. We all need a
break once in awhile to relax, recharge and refresh ourselves! MOPS is
the place to meet new friends and develop deep, meaningful relationships
while learning about something interesting and discussing real life
needs and issues with other moms who understand.

MOMSnext: MomsNext is a women's ministry that meets at Calvary on Tuesday mornings for mothers of school-age kids who want to build on the principle of intentionally raising their children in God's loving example, and to fellowship with other women. Childcare will be available for the younger children still at home and not yet at school like their older siblings. Every meeting we will enjoy a hot breakfast, kid-free, while we discuss and hear from speakers on the important issues that affect our children, talk and catch up with our old and new friends and plan fun table outings.

Great for those who can't meet during the day, Women on Weeknights, or WOW meets in the evenings for biblical study and small group discussion.
